Kyle is asked to help find his father and he does. They are able to convince Kyle to testify against his father in exchange for a reduced sentence. Carisi tells Kyle a story about a kid that used to bully him when he was younger and how he ended up in prison for murder.

After showing Kyle the video of Adam and his father, he tells them that his father told him to do it.

Turner who is still protecting her husband. We end the episode off with Benson, Carisi and Fin watching the video and Rollins is talking to Mrs. He recorded the whole thing! He then tells Kyle not to protect him anymore. He tells Carisi and Rollins that they needed a way to talk Kyle into telling them the real story, there it is and points to his phone which is on a nearby buffet table. Later that night, they get a call from Mrs. Benson and Fin tell him to help them convince Kyle to come clean and tell them what happened. Adam, the older son, is pissed that Kyle won’t tell them the truth and later he storms out of the courtroom. Later, Benson and Carisi go to try and get Kyle to tell them that his father told him to assault Jack, but he won’t. When they get back to the precinct, one of the moms on the team turned over some video of Jim telling Kyle something very sternly. He suffered an infection, but when Benson and Carisi sit down with Jack’s parents, the father points his finger at Jim Turner, Kyle’s father. So they do the only thing they can do, arrest Kyle for aggravated sexual assault.īenson and Carisi go to talk to Jack and his family again, but when they get there they find out that Jack died 20 minutes before they got there. Kyle and the wife both seem to be too scared to tell anyone what the father is doing to Kyle. Rollins tells the wife that if Kyle is convicted of what happened with Jack, he will be going away for a long time, but they can give the prosecutor a reason to help Kyle out. The wife seems to be hiding something from Rollins when they sit and chat at the precinct. His father and wife walk in while they are talking and the dad flips out. Kyle tells Carisi and Benson that it was just his father and him that were at practice, but his father didn’t see him fall. There is a spiral fracture in his wrist and other older spiral fractures that went untreated. He might have broken his wrist, but after talking to the doctor, it looks like Kyle was also assaulted. They go back to Kyle’s to pick him up, but according to his older brother, Kyle is at the hospital after hurting his arm at practice. Rollins and Fin go to talk to Jack again and they are able to get Jack to talk about what happened in the locker room. Timmy claims that him and Will stayed to make sure he was ok, but he also said that him and Will held Jack down while Kyle assaulted him.Īfter talking to Kyle, who denies everything, they get the lab results back on the hockey sticks, they don’t find Jack’s DNA on his sticks. They bring them in and Will denies everything, but Timmy tells them that Kyle, Jack’s best friend went nuts on Jack in the locker room. When they get him to the hospital, they find that he was sodomized with a hockey stick.Īfter looking at the video surveillance from the rink, they find that the two kids on the team that are known to be trouble makers, Timmy and Will, also known as the “Bash Brothers” left the locker room right before Jack.
